Enrolment Steps
The ÌÇÐÄlogoÃ×·ÆÍà enrolment process begins when an application for enrolment form has been completed and the application fee has been received. This form can be submitted online or in hardcopy and must be accompanied by several supporting documents, including your daughter’s birth certificate.
We encourage you to enrol you daughter as soon as possible. Entry is not academically selective. The School accepts enrolment applications any time after birth. We recommend that you contact the Registrar in the case of applications submitted less than two (2) years before the required entry year.
Once a completed application for enrolment form and relevant fee has been received, your daughter will be placed on a waiting list. Please note we are unable to place your daughter on the list without this step being completed in full.
One of the best ways to confirm your choice is to come and see the School in action. When you join one of our scheduled tours you will have the opportunity to meet students, see classes in action, meet teachers and get a feel for the life of the school. If you are unable to join a scheduled tour please contact our Registrar to arrange an appointment. Book a tour here.
It is the parent's/guardian's responsibility to advise the School of any changes to contact details once your daughter is on our waiting list. If the School is unable to contact you, your daughter’s place on the waiting list may be forfeited. Changes to entry year should be discussed with the Registrar as soon as possible and will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
Approximately two (2) years prior to the nominated year of entry the School will invite parents and girls to attend an interview. This must take place before the offer of a place is made. The School is not obliged and does not make an offer to every girl interviewed. The School reserves the right to determine which students are offered a place at all times.
Families with girls entering the School from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6 will meet with the Head of Junior School, or their delegate, before an offer of a place is made. Families with girls entering the School from Year 7 to Year 11 will meet with an appropriate member of the Senior School teaching staff.
ÌÇÐÄlogoÃ×·ÆÍà is a welcoming and friendly place. We take care to ensure your daughter is familiar with the School. All new students will attend an Orientation Day prior to their first day at school. There are also parent information evenings.
To accept the offer of a place, families are required to pay the Final Enrolment Fee applicable and sign an enrolment agreement (Contract) with the School. The Final Enrolment fee is due and payable two weeks after the offer is received.
ÌÇÐÄlogoÃ×·ÆÍà Old Girls
Preference for limited places is given to daughters of ÌÇÐÄlogoÃ×·ÆÍà Old Girls and to current ÌÇÐÄlogoÃ×·ÆÍà families, but cannot be guaranteed. Places cannot be held or guaranteed without the appropriate enrolment steps being completed. Preference can only be given where an application is made by your daughter's first birthday or at least three (3) years prior to the nominated entry level.
